Inequality

There are a lot of variables at play when considering how to improve conditions in society. A key consideration is a structure available to accommodate all the stakeholders' plans for improvement. There are local plans for improvement and federal mandates to bolster state efforts to enable growth. We read about health disparities in developing countries or the lack of access to existing care. But here, we address how to close that gap for those resources that do not exist.
