ICK Media, abbreviated for Ife Chi Kelum (What God has Assigned), is a producer of content geared at sharing information on development, growth stories, and societal progress for small, medium and large economies around the globe.
Ife Chi Kelum Enterprises is registered under the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, and is operating under the laws of the United States of America.

Age Requirement
If you are under the age of 18 you are required to have a parent or legal guardian grant you permission to submit your personal information (through subscribing for updates) to our website. This also includes posting comments. Please have your parent(s) or legal guardian read these terms with you.

Comments will be made with respect and responsibly. A social contract exists between us at ICK Media and you our community members. One that is based on respect and understanding for our diverse backgrounds and opinions. Respect others and yourself, threats should not be communicated to harm others or yourself.
Reading this means that you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the social contract.
No profanity or demeaning language is permitted in the comments section. Information that does not adhere to this social contract will be blocked or not be posted.
You are only permitted to post contents that you are allowed to use. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our community members to do the same. We also ask that you respect our intellectual property and only share what is permissible (publicly available) indicating source.
ICK Media will consider claims made in good faith about copyright infringement and act in accordance with applicable law(s). Claims should be submitted to info@ickmedia.org.
- Submitting a Notice of Infringement. You need to include this information when you submit a claim on infringement:

- Submitting a Counter-Notice. If you believe in good faith that a claim for infringement was filed against you, please submit your claim with this information:
1. Identify the material that is being disputed or that is impacted by the original claim;
2. Your name, email address or telephone number;
3. A statement that you will accept the jurisdiction of the appropriate court within the United States.
Protected Member Areas assets, like images and videos
Protected member area assets, information not published in the public space cannot be shared with unauthorized persons or group.
Content can’t be used for commercial purposes by others
Contents created and published by ICK Media cannot be used for commercial purposes by others. The content ICK Media produces is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Country law that governs the use of our site if there’s a dispute.
Disputes will be handled by the appropriate court in the United States of America. Applicable accommodations will be considered to ensure all parties have reasonable access to the forum for dispute resolution.
